Does this work with cart drawers or pop-ups?

This app block is designed for your theme's main Cart page and is not compatible with cart drawers or pop-up notification carts.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not at all! The button can be fully configured without any code. The "Custom CSS" feature is an optional tool for advanced users on our Premium plan who want to apply their own styles.

How is billing handled?

All billing is handled securely and directly through your Shopify account. You can manage your subscription at any time from the app's billing page.

Our goal is to respond to all inquiries within 4 business hours on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and within 24 hours on weekends.

Will this app slow down my store?

Not at all. The app is built with performance in mind. It loads asynchronously and is optimized to have a negligible impact on your page load speed.

Are there any additional costs apart from the CartConnect app itself? Do I need a WhatsApp Business account for it to work?

No, there are no extra charges beyond the app subscription. It works with WhatsApp Business, but having a Business account is not required — regular WhatsApp works just fine too.
